Trader Joe’s Voted Best Grocery Store

Trader Joe’s (Monrovia, Calif.) was voted the country’s overall favorite supermarket by consumers in a survey conducted by Market Force Information (Louisville, Colo.). The survey evaluated factors including stores’ cleanliness, service, speed at checkout, customer service and overall value. This is the third year the company has received this designation.

While the store did not receive top rating in every category surveyed (such as one-stop shopping), it did receive high marks in categories including low prices, cleanliness, fast checkout speed, courteous service and having an inviting atmosphere.

The survey compiles all of the data from survey participants to gauge overall consumer satisfaction and the likelihood that shoppers would recommend the store to others, reports Money.
