The Forbes Co. (Southfield, Mich.), managing partner working with Taubman Centers (Bloomfield Hills, Mich.) on the Waterside Shops at Pelican Bay in Naples, Fla., announced that the luxury shopping center will welcome three more world-class retailers. Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Lacoste have confirmed that they will open stores at the luxury shopping destination, slated for completion by the end of the year.

“The demand for luxury merchandise in Southwest Florida continues to grow,” said Nathan Forbes, “and it is our commitment to meet that demand by bringing the finest selection of retailers to Waterside Shops at Pelican Bay. We will bring new stores and restaurants to satisfy the desires of the sophisticated Naples customer.”

Louis Vuitton, known for its elegant monogrammed bags and accessories, has a strong international prominence while being widely regarded as one of the world's preeminent brands. Cartier, synonymous with luxury for more than 150 years, continues to complement its traditional jewelry line with a broad array of products, including watches, eyewear, fragrance, writing instruments, and leather goods. Lacoste's resurgence as a signature brand will be exhibited in its new prototypical store at Waterside Shops at Pelican Bay.

The three luxury retailers will join a collection of stores, previously announced by Forbes, including Hermes, Burberry, Gucci, Tiffany & Co., Christofle, Anthropologie, Brooks Brothers, Coach, BCBG, Tumi, Anne Fontaine and J. Jill.

Additionally, several existing retailers plan on expanding, renovating or relocating their existing concepts at Waterside Shops, including Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Ann Taylor, Cache, Lillie Rubin, Talbots, Crabtree & Evelyn, GAP, Chico's, The Beach House of Naples, Chicago Eyewear and Casall of Sweden.

The retail center will remain open during renovation with new dining and additional specialty boutiques being announced and opening throughout the year.
