Whole Foods Market (Austin, Texas) is opening a space near its Midtown store in Detroit dedicated to free nutrition and culinary education classes.

According to The Detroit News, the “Lets Talk Food” center will begin offering courses this month on understanding food labels, combating food cravings and maintaining a healthy diet.

The retailer will devote all of February to a “Healthy Eating Challenge” program, featuring several Metro Detroit chefs, including a vegan, yoga instructors and physical trainers, as well as medical officials from nearby Detroit Medical Center.

The center will be operated by Dr. Akua Woolbright, a Whole Foods nutritionist who moved to Detroit when the store opened, in June 2013.
