Burger King’s Ceo Leaves

Goes to Heinz Co.

Burger King Corp. (Miami) is losing its ceo Bernardo Hees to the H.J. Heinz Co. (Pittsburg), according to The Blade, a Toledo newspaper. Hees will be the seventh ceo in the history of the company, since Heinz was founded in 1869.

Bill Johnson, the current ceo of Heinz, is expected to remain in his position until the deal closes or July 1. Johnson also serves as chairman and president of Heinz.
