A 30,725-square-foot shopping center in East Meadow, Long Island, NY, has been sold to commercial real estate investors for $8 million, according to Long Island Business News.

Known as East Meadow Commons, the strip mall is on 2.18 acres and is currently occupied by four tenants with parking for 140 vehicles. The property was bought by the Diaz family, commercial real estate investors. The seller of the property was Nassimi Realty.

The property was once a larger center. However, a former tenant, Nassau Financial Credit Union, asked the owner to divide the property. The credit union then purchased one of the properties from the division.
