Management Changes:

LS3P Associates Ltd. (Charleston, S.C., and Charlotte, N.C., design firm) has named Cameron Wilson principal. Wilson joined LS3P in 1995 as director of interior architecture, bringing over 20 years of experience in architecture.

The Phillips Group (New York design firm) has hired John Molloy as director of the Healthcare Practice Group.

MBH Architects (Alameda, Calif., architecture firm) has named Joseph Smart principal-in-charge of the firm's Newport Beach, Calif., office. Smart joined MBH in 1992 and was manager of the Alameda Retail Studio. Elizabeth Cera has been named director of business development for the southern California region in the Newport Beach office. Cera joined MBH in 1997 as director of marketing for both offices. P.J. Cosgrove has joined MBH as director of business development for the Alameda office. Cosgrove has over 14 years of experience in marketing, project management and engineering.

Pratt Corp. (Indianapolis graphics company) has hired Nick Dark as its director of screen print manufacturing. Dark previously ran the manufacturing and distribution operations at Logo Athletic. Rob Wineland has been named director of installation services. Wineland was formerly president and owner of Infrastructure Resources. Julie Pownall is now director of customer relations. Pownall has 18 years of experience in the printing industry, most recently as production manager for Miller Zell. Jerry Karr has been added as design engineer. Karr previously served as packaging designer at The Phoenix Group.

Chicago Metallic (Chicago ceiling and interior product manufacturer) has promoted Bonnie Nieckula to door product coordinator for the its Doorframe Division. Nieckula was with the Ceiling Division for five years.
