Management Changes:

Leggett & Platt Store Fixtures Group (Niles, Ill., fixture manufacturer) has promoted Denise Waldo to vp of sales and marketing for the Fashion & Design Group. Waldo brings over 25 years of experience, with positions at MET, LOOK and Dayton Hudson, Marshall Field's. Prior to her promotion, she was director of business development for the Fashion & Design Group. The company has also promoted Randy Davis to vp of business development for Wal-Mart. Davis is responsible for utilizing the team's capabilities to service Wal-Mart's growth domestically and internationally. He was previously manager of international business development.

Callison (Seattle architectural design firm) has added Eric Lagerberg, a senior project manager, as an associate principal. Lagerberg focuses on delivery of retail design, prototype and roll-out projects worldwide. He brings 15 years of international retail development experience, working at Starbucks Coffee Co. UK as director of architectural design. Most recently, Lagerberg was design manager, responsible for development and execution of Starbucks locations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

ArchitecturePlus Intl. (Tampa, Fla., design firm) has hired Christopher Hawkins as project technology specialist. Hawkins has over nine years experience in architectural design, project management and client support. He previously worked at AutoDesk as the Revit West Coast client support architect.

Universal Digital Communications (Mansfield, Ohio, digital marketing company) announces a strategic partnership with Vision Industries, a custom display and fixture company, based in Lexington, Ohio. The partnership allows Vision Industries to incorporate Universal's digital printing, photography and marketing services that were outsourced in the past into its display and p-o-p designs.
