One Price Appoints New VP

One Price Clothing Stores (Duncan, S.C., off-price specialty chain) appointed Thomas Kelly Jr. senior vp and general merchandise manager. Kelly will report directly to One Price ceo Larry Kelley.

The most recent stop in Kelly's 30-year retailing career was serving as executive vp and gmm of Goody's Family Clothing. He left the position in May after five years with the company. He also worked in merchandising posts with Solo Serve, Ira A. Watson, Yieldings and Parisian.
