Donna Becco Schroeder has joined Stantec’s commercial practice as a principal for facility and occupancy strategies. Schroeder assists clients in meeting fast-changing employee, customer, and product objectives through real estate portfolio management and workplace design strategies.

Based in Chicago, Illinois, Schroder brings 25 years of experience in advising corporations, from multi-million dollar international businesses to technology start-ups. She has specialized expertise in design and planning, alternative workplace programs, change management, and portfolio optimization. Schroeder aligns business and real estate strategy through metric-driven solutions that can increase return-on-investment through space efficiencies and employee/customers  satisfaction and retention.
