Inspired by high-end hotel lobbies, the XL concept puts service and human interaction at the forefront. Shoppers are greeted at a host station and directed to the lounge or service areas.

“Instead of building an XL store filled with products, we focused on creating an easy and comfortable customer journey,” says Storeage founder Leendert Tange.
