The Spa at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club

The Ponte Vedra Inn is an uber-luxurious beachfront resort. In keeping with that setting, the inn’s owners commissioned Pavlik Design Team to create a spa that offers state-of-the-art treatments in a soothing, natural environment. The resulting space took first place in the service retailer category in the 2006 ISP/VM+SD International Store Design Competition.

Pavlik infused the space with a seahorse-shaped fountain, lagoons, waterfalls, indoor/outdoor terraces and water-therapy pools. A variety of natural surfaces – including stone, marble, mahogany and bamboo – are integrated into the complex’s rooms and common areas. There’s also a full-service beauty salon, along with a barbershop whose oversized leather chairs offer views of the adjoining golf course.
