Rent the Runway (New York) has opened a new flagship store in New York this week. The 5000-square-foot store replaces a pop-up shop the company has been running for the past two years elsewhere in the city’s Flatiron District.

The store features a feminine design with a palette of cream, blush pink and light wood tones. According to Women’s Wear Daily, its inventory rotates daily, and the store boasts an emphasis on customer service and has developed technology to assist in that endeavor. For instance, according to AOL, shoppers can use a tablet to sign up for a fitting room and be alerted when one is ready.
