Sam’s Club (Bentonville, Ark.) will follow in the actions of parent company Walmart (Bentonville, Ark.) and raise its minimum wage to $15 an hour, according to CNBC. This move comes in an increasingly competitive job market due to Covid-19.

Over 34 percent of hourly workers at Sam’s Club will receive a raise in some capacity. These raises also come ahead of the holiday season where both Sam’s Club and Walmart have plans to hire additional employees as well.
