Apple to Open in Hamburg, Germany

Will be country’s second store

Apple Inc. (Cupertino, Calif.) continues its international retail expansion with the opening this weekend of a store in Hamburg, Germany. The new location joins Apple’s Munich location, which opened in 2008.

The store is located on the ground level of a shopping center northeast of the city center, which houses 240 shops and a 3000 car garage.

The computer retailer has stated it plans to open more than 20 locations during this fiscal year.
