Beth Dorsey, for 19 years an executive at Fitch:Worldwide (Powell, Ohio), has joined the Big Red Rooster (Columbus, Ohio) as vp, retail.

The strategic-innovation consultancy said that Dorsey will be responsible for developing and growing client relationships and participating in developing strategic solutions for retailers, manufacturers and service providers.

“Dorsey brings vast retail industry knowledge as well as an in-depth understanding of how to integrate branding, design and merchandising,” said Big Red Rooster president and ceo Martin Beck.

At Fitch, Dorsey led internal teams on projects and consulting services for clients such as Giant Eagle, Caribou Coffee Co., J.M. Smucker Co., Yum Brands, Reebok, Maytag, Home Depot, Pella Window Co., Things Remembered and Fazoli’s.
