Arc Worldwide (Chicago), the marketing services arm of Leo Burnett, named retail design expert Bryan Gailey as vp and retail design director, expanding the design discipline of the firm’s retail offering, which includes digital, direct, mobile, promotion and retail marketing.

Design agency Twenty Four Seven (Portland, Ore.) has hired Jon Roy as creative director and Lora Churcher as senior brand manager – New York office.

Hera Lighting (Norcross, Ga.) has promoted Randy Gaines to national accounts manager for the company.

Amerlux Global Lighting Solutions (Fairfield, N.J.) announced that it is rebranding its national manufacturing operation of outdoor lighting, fixtures and accessories as Amerlux Exterior Global Lighting Solutions.

Shaw Industries Group Inc. (Dalton, Ga.) has launched Eco Impacts, an environmental product label for the company’s commercially branded carpet tile and broadloom products. Detailing each product’s ingredient materials, recyclability, environmental certifications and environmental impact, the Eco Impacts label is available through the Patcraft and Shaw Contract Group websites as part of each brand’s product specifications.

INVISTA (Kennesaw, Ga.), maker of Antron carpet fiber, presented the Antron Carpet Fiber Designed to Perform Award grand prize to Butler Rogers Baskett for its design of Major League Baseball’s headquarters. Entries were evaluated on the ability of the design to withstand the test of time, the innovative use of carpet, and how well the design met client business objectives and challenges relative to performance, aesthetics and sustainable benefits.
