Dating App Bumble Opens NYC Café

Seeing DTC brands move into brick-and-mortar retail is nothing new, but apparently even mobile apps are getting into the physical retail business. Dating app Bumble opened its first Bumble Brew location in New York, reports Bloomberg.

The café and wine bar was originally slated to open in SoHo in 2019 but was delayed due to the pandemic. A partnership between Bumble and Italian dining hot spot Pasquale Jones, Bumble Brew is located next door to the restaurant in Nolita.

The space, decked out in the brand’s signature yellow, features an 80-seat dining area and cocktail bar, patio and a private dining room.
