Police Break Up Exorcism at Home Depot

Police escorted two people out of Home Depot in Dickson City, Penn., last week after officers found them performing an exorcism in the lumber aisle of the store, PhillyVoice reports.

Details are scarce (unfortunately), but an officer described the incident as “a séance type of thing” that was being held for the dead trees that had been turned into lumber. He offered the following statement to the media outlet:

“There were two people hanging out in the lumber department doing their little exorcism thing,” the officer said. “Some people at the store started picking up that something was happening that was not necessarily normal. Police were called to the store and they were escorted out of the building.”

No charges will be filed.
