Dolce & Gabbana Signs Lease in New York

New 17,500-square-foot Fifth Avenue space

Luxury apparel and accessories brand Dolce & Gabbana (Milan) signed a lease for a 17,500-square-foot space on Fifth Avenue in New York, where luxury fashion group Escada currently operates, according to real estate sources.

The store will be a “major flagship,” says a real estate source.

Other new nearby stores include Hollister, H&M, Zara and Uniqlo, which expects to open this fall.
