Bali-based jeweler John Hardy has partnered with Masari Group to open a 236-square foot store in the Plaza Indonesia shopping mall in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Influenced by the natural beauty of Bali, the boutique is designed to mirror the experience of the John Hardy workshop. Guy Bedarida, creative director and head designer, created a pair of striking, one-of-a-kind, hand-carved door handles for the space. Inside the store, design details included a hand-carved bamboo panel floor depicting a Naga curling around Mount Agung and 15 floor-to-ceiling bamboo columns.

“Given that all John Hardy jewelry is handmade by craftsmen at our workshop in Bali, we are proud to launch our first flagship store here in Indonesia,” says Bedarida.

John Hardy jewelry, an international luxury brand of handmade jewelry, was founded in Bali in 1989 by Canadian designer and artist John Hardy. John Hardy jewelry is sold around the world by such specialty retailers as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Lane Crawford and Le Bon Marche.
