Randy Allen has been named cio and executive vp of strategic planning at Kmart Corp. (Troy, Mich.). As such, she will manage all aspects of the retailer's strategic planning and the company's technological infrastructure. Allen was previously a partner specializing in retail, apparel manufacturing and distribution with Deloitte Consulting.
