Lands’ End Hires Chris Kolbe

Will serve as chief merchandising and design officer

Lands’ End (Dodgeville, Wis.) has named Chris Kolbe executive vp, chief merchandising and design officer. Kolbe, who will report to Lands’ End president Nick Coe, will oversee all Lands’ End design as well as retail, direct and international merchandising.

Kolbe most recently served as president and chief merchant officer for Lucky Brand Jeans. His resume also includes working for such brands as Mexx Europe, Polo Ralph Lauren, Urban Outfitters, Original Penguin, J. Crew and Saks Fifth Avenue.

“His experience with international and premium brands has prepared him well for this global leadership opportunity,” says Coe. “We’re thrilled to have him as a part of our team to build the Lands’ End and Lands’ End Canvas brands.”
