Interbrand Design Forum (Dayton, Ohio) has named Dave Nixon as executive director, digital strategy. In this role, Nixon will lead the firm’s growing digital practice.

General Growth Partners Inc. (Chicago) has appointed Steven Douglas as chief financial officer, succeeding interim cfo Ed Hoyt, who had held the position at the mall operator since 2008.

rVue Holdings Inc. (Fort Lauderdale, Fla., an advertising technology company) has appointed Robert Chimbel to its board of directors.

Apple Inc. (Cupertino, Calif.) opened a store in Philadelphia at 1607 Walnut Street.

Menswear brand Limoland opened its U.S. store today in New York’s Meatpacking District, at 829 Washington Street. The location is the first of several planned for the U.S.
