Nordstrom Names Two New Execs

Deniz Anders is named Senior VP and Chief Marketing Officer; Nina Barjesteh was named President, Nordstrom Product Group

Nordstrom (Seattle) has appointed two new senior executive leaders, according to a company press release: Deniz Anders has become the retailer’s Senior VP and Chief Marketing Officer, and Nina Barjesteh has been named President of the Nordstrom Product Group.

Anders takes over for Scott Meden, who recently announced his retirement. She’s been with Nordstrom for 22 years and was most recently the company’s VP of Marketing. In her new role, Anders will oversee and lead all marketing for the company.

Barjestah was previously the Senior VP of Product Development and Design for Dick’s Sporting Goods. She’s also held roles with Rue 21 and Target Corp.
