Tommy Hilfiger sells New York building

Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A. Inc. (New York) has announced completion of the sale of its building at 485 Fifth Ave. in Manhattan for approximately $48 million.

The sale coincides with the previously announced relocation of the company's design, production, merchandising, marketing and administrative functions to the historic Starrett-Lehigh Building on New York’s West 26th Street.
