The President of North American Operations at Office Depot (Boca Raton, Fla.) is stepping down.

Mark Cosby began with the company in June 2014 and has overseen the company's retail, contract sales, e-commerce, merchandising, marketing, real estate and supply chain functions in North America, reports the South Florida Business Journal. His past positions include president of pharmacy at CVS Caremark Corp., president of stores at Macy's, president of full-line stores at Sears, Roebuck & Co. and coo at Yum! Brands Inc.

Office Depot currently operates 1506 stores in the U.S.
