Prada Heads to Middle East

Luxury-goods maker partners with join venture company to roll out stores

Prada SpA (Milan) has partnered with United Arab Emirates-based retailer Al Tayer Insignia to open stores in the Middle East.

The joint venture firm will be based in Dubai, reports The Wall Street Journal. The company is expected to roll out Prada and Miu Miu brand stores across the region, including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and the U.A.E.
