Saks Relocating OFF 5TH in Texas

New York-based Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH will open a new store at The Market at Town Center in Sugar Land, Texas, this month. The new location replaces the retailer’s store at The Fountains on the Lake, which closed on October 15.

The 25,000 square-foot store features the retailer’s “luxury in a loft” design that debuted in 2008 and houses an expanded assortment of fine jewelry and a newly launched beauty department.

“We are thrilled to be relocating to The Market at Town Center,” says Robert Wallstrom, president of Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH. “The new Sugar Land location will offer an impressive array of the best designer names in sportswear, handbags, shoes and more.”

Saks operates a total of seven OFF 5TH stores in Texas.
