MANAGEMENT CHANGES
TPG Architecture (New York) has added five senior designers and project managers, including Ron Alalouf, senior project manager; Mike Ho, senior project manager; Paul Madden, senior project manager; Anthony Simon, design director; and Niki Varadi, senior designer.

MBH Architects (Alameda, Calif.) has named four new staff members, including Michael Thomas, project architect; Ana Nino, associate; Reena Nadkami, associate; and John Schmid, senior associate. Schmid has 19 years of experience, and is rejoining the staff after a two-year hiatus.

Outwater Plastics Industries Inc. (Bogota, N.J.), whose products include extrusions, lighting, furniture, p-o-p components, surfacing materials and more, is celebrating its 40th anniversary.

Visual Magnetics (Mendon, Mass.) has announced that its products will now be available through Sonoma Graphic Products (San Jose, Calif.), a distributor of wide-format media and equipment in the northwest U.S.

Private-equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (New York), which specializes in creating independent businesses from former divisions of larger corporations, recently struck a deal with Illinois Tool Works Inc. (Glenview, Ill.). ITW’s Decorative Surfaces branch will become an independent company: Wilsonart Intl. Holdings LLC. CD&R will be the majority investor in the new company.
