Japanese fast-fashion retailer Uniqlo is reported to be in negotiation to lease the northernmost storefront at 666 Fifth Ave., at West 53rd Street, according to Crain’s New York Business.

The space formerly housed Brooks Brothers and is owned by a partnership between Crown Acquisitions, Kushner and Carlyle Group.

If opened, this would be Uniqlo’s second Manhattan location – the first one opened in SoHo in 2006 – and would include more than 70,000 square feet over three floors.
