Three executive moves announced today

Kmart Corp. (Troy, Mich.) announced several executive changes, including the appointment of Mariana Keros as divisional vp, trend and product development. She will report directly to executive vp, merchandising, Cecil Kearse. Keros's duties will include overseeing all trend and product development for all the company's merchandising divisions. Keros was previously director of trend merchandising and product development for the Dayton Hudson department stores division of Target Corp.

Anthony D'Onofrio was named executive vp, chief supply chain officer. His responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of Kmart's merchandise flow, distribution and logistics. D'Onofrio will report directly to Kmart's president and coo, Andy Giancamilli. D'Onofrio previously served as senior vp, global supply chain, logistics and distribution for Michaels Stores.

Kmart also announced the resignation of its vice-chairman, Michael Bozic. Bozic joined Kmart in December 1998 and has held responsibility for finance, technology, distribution, construction, facilities management and supply procurement, legal and E-commerce during his term with the company. Bozic spent most of his 37-year retail career with Sears Roebuck & Company, having risen to chairman and ceo of the Sears merchandise group. His responsibilities at Kmart will be divided among members of the company's senior leadership team.
