Michael Kors (USA) Inc. (New York) has entered into a license agreement with Fossil Inc. (Richardson, Texas) to design, develop and distribute a line of women’s and men’s timepieces under the MICHAEL Michael Kors label.

The timepieces are set to debut in fall 2004 in conjunction with the launch of the MICHAEL Michael Kors label of men’s, women’s and accessories collections.

“A timepiece is one of the most personal things a man or woman can wear,” Kors said. “Our watches will be the perfect mix of form and function; with Fossil on board, I know they will execute my vision perfectly.”

The collection will offer a wide selection of classic, fashion, and sport styles with prices ranging from $75 to $250. It will include features such as vibrant colored faces on earth tone straps, stainless steel bracelets, genuine leather straps and movements that range from three-hand date to full functioning chronograph.
