Yeti Opens its Debut Flagship Store

In February, premium cooler and drinkwear brand Yeti (Austin, Texas) opened its first flagship store and community event space at 220 S. Congress Ave., Austin, Texas. Measuring 8000 square feet, the retailer aims to inspire visitors to explore the great outdoors through its interactive in-store features, including installations which “pay tribute to the spirit of innovation, risk-taking and individualism,” the company said in a release. Product education is also a core component, with storytelling elements that demonstrate how durable and long-lasting the company’s products are, something for which it’s well-known.

This store opening originally appeared in the April 2017 issue of VMSD in the "On Our Radar" section.
