Rebecca Taylor Opens First Florida Store

Rebecca Taylor (New York) has opened its first store in Florida in Miami’s Aventura Mall.

The 1400-square-foot store uses a blush and nude color palette, reports Women’s Wear Daily, with Italian Terrazzo tiles in various shades of pink that are made of tiny mirrors, textured velvet, cashmere and sheepskin throws.

“The city’s really trending,” said the designer. “It’s a huge market. Miami has become iconic for luxury shopping. It has a large international customer base.”

The Miami store is the brand’s ninth freestanding location.
