Target Corp. (Minneapolis) has hired two new executives for its technology team.

Supermarket News reports Tom Kadlec will join the company as svp of infrastructure and operations, and will be responsible for modernizing the company’s technology foundation. He previously worked for Virtual Clarity (London), a cloud technology’s implementation consultancy.

Joel Crabb joins the company as vp of architecture and will be responsible for agile practices and application program interfaces. Crabb previously worked as chief architect and head of digital engineering at Best Buy Co. (Richfield, Minn.)
