Located in The Linq Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, the Ghirardelli Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop, designed by San Francisco-based design firm Field Paoli Architects, offers a full-service ice cream bar and café seating paired with a retail shop. Working around low-set “chiller” pipes, the design team developed a solution to showcase the brand’s bulb sign, modeled after the chocolate company’s recognizable San Francisco signage.
