Amy Hauk is leaving her post as chief executive of the Victoria’s Secret brand, effective March 31.

Her departure was announced in a securities filing this week. Martin Waters, CEO of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (Reynoldsburg, Ohio), will fold Hauk’s responsibilities into his own.

Hauk’s exit announcement comes less than six months after she was promoted to her current role. Prior to that, she served as the head of Victoria’s Secret’s Pink beauty brand.

In the filing, Victoria’s Secret also announced the completion of its $400 million acquisition of Adore Me, a digitally native intimates brand.
