Anthropologie Signs Deal for New York Space

Anthropologie (Philadelphia) plans to open a new store in New York in Jan. 2017. The company recently signed a 15-year deal for a 20,300-square-foot space at 195 Broadway.

The store will span two floors of the 29-story building, occupying 4800 square feet of the ground floor and 15,550 square feet of the second floor.

Currently, Anthropologie is the largest tenant of the building’s 50,000-square-foot retail space. Other confirmed tenants will include Gucci and gourmet Japanese restaurant Nobu, reports Commercial Observer.
