on

Skagen’s pop-up shop at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Tokyo, follows Uxus’ (Amsterdam) redesign of the watch brand’s global retail platform, including flagship stores in London and New York. The pop-up concept celebrates the design values shared by Danish and Japanese cultures: simplicity, refinement, honesty, form, function and integrity. Guests are invited to discover a rich collection of stories, brought to life in a series of tables that feature curated product and visual essays by Danish photographer Ditte Isager, Danish and Japanese soundscapes, and ambient scents.
