IRDC 2012 brought three days of networking, education and inspiration to Chicago, September 5-7, at the Renaissance Downtown. Speakers from such top brands at Target, McDonald’s, Macy’s, Gap, Hershey’s and Starbucks as well as design firms WD Partners, MulvannyG2, Callison, Chute Gerdeman, BHDP and Big Red Rooster shared insight and ideas on a host of ideas, from urban retailing to reinventing the world’s largest fast-food chain.
