EuroShop, the Global Retail Trade Fair, to be held from February 26 – March 2, 2011, in Düsseldorf, Germany, will feature a new visitor management system that allows attendees to purchase their entrance passes at reduced rates online in advance of the show. Users can visit www.euroshop-tradefair.com to use eTicket and print tickets at home, as well as online during the trade fair to allow for last minute planning.

With an anticipated 100,000 visitors, event organizers say that eTicket will also help to reduce long waiting times at the EuroShop entrances. Onsite, the eTicket will be converted into a visitor pass within just a few seconds at the entrance turnstiles. The eTicket also allows free use of all public transportation within the Rhine-Ruhr regional network (VRR) of Düsseldorf on all days of EuroShop 2011 to and from the show.

eTickets purchased online cost Euro 35 each for a 1-day pass, Euro 55 each for a 2-day pass and Euro 110 each for a 5-day pass. Tickets can also be purchased on show site at the regular rates.
