Trader Joe's to Make Nebraska Debut

Neighborhood grocery chain Trader Joe's (Monrovia, Calif.) plans to open its first Nebraska store in Omaha. The 13,000-square-foot location is scheduled to open this year and will carry the chain’s customary range of food and beverages sourced from around the globe.

Founded in 1958 in Los Angeles, the Trader Joe's has expanded to more than 330 stores in 25 states. It carries imported and domestic foods and beverages, with more than 1000 items sold under the Trader Joe's private label.
