Jones Apparel Group Inc. (New York) has integrated its three jeans labels into one division and named Isaac Dabah, formerly ceo of Gloria Vanderbilt, group ceo of its Polo Jeans Company, Gloria Vanderbilt and l.e.i. divisions.

Dabah will report to ceo Peter Boneparth. Jack Gross, who has been appointed ceo of Gloria Vanderbilt, will report to Dabah.

“Isaac is a seasoned business leader with strong brand-building, operational and sourcing skills,” said Boneparth. “He joined Jones Apparel in the spring of 2002 as part of our acquisition of Gloria Vanderbilt and quickly established himself as a key manager within the executive ranks. We believe that this is a perfect time to unify these three jeanswear businesses under the same leadership, in order to derive the benefits of leveraging our procurement and sourcing capabilities, while maintaining the individual market integrity of each brand.”

Heather Pech, president of the Polo Jeans Company division, will continue to oversee all aspects of that business. Susan Geliebter will continue to lead the design team at l.e.i. Spencer Rosenheck will continue in his present capacity as president of sales for l.e.i.
