Fitch, RPA appoint new leaders

Just as Fitch (Columbus, Ohio, design consultancy) was naming KathyTierney — former ceo of Smith & Hawken — as national practicedirector, Retail Planning Associates (RPA, Columbus, Ohio) was acrosstown naming former Fitch partner Mark Artus as partner and creativedirector. RPA also announced Todd Cameron, previously a partner at NCTVentures, as ceo.

Tierney will oversee the client activities nationwide for Fitch and willdirect environmental design and retail branding. “Kathy is a visionaryand a peerless manager of resources, and we could not be more pleased tohave her take the helm of our Consumer Environments practice,” said ceoBill Faust.

As new ceo of RPA, Cameron will focus on developing client relationshipsand building strategic partnerships, as well as overseeing operationsand securing financial partners. Artus will manage RPA's studioresources and creative output.
