Management Changes:

MILGO/BUFKIN (Brooklyn, N.Y., architectural metal firm) has named Alan Rabinowitz senior sales representative. Formerly vp of sales at the M. Goldsmith Co., Rabinowitz has more than 30 years of related experience.

Eagle Group (Clayton, Del., manufacturer of commercial foodservice equipment) appointed Glenn Dorris as territory manager, responsible for managing distributor and sales activities in the Mountain States. Dorris previously worked for Pepsico and Pizza Hut.

Business Briefs:

TSAO Designs Inc. (Bridgeport, Conn., lighting manufacturer) has been sold by Varon Lighting Inc. to TSAO's president and general manager, Walter Coleman.
