Touted as the first vertical power center in the U.S., Dadeland Station includes tenants such as Michael's, Best Buy, Target, Sports Authority and Bed, Bath and Beyond, as well as eight small retail and food shops. Dade County was a partner in the 319,000-sq.-ft. project, which is adjacent to the Dadeland North Metrorail Station. Tom Graboski Associates Inc., Coral Gables, Fla., created environmental graphics for the center, including directional graphics to guide shoppers from the center's 1450-car, six-story garage to the center's various levels of shopping.
