HASTINGS, MN – July 16, 2018 – Intek Plastics announced that it has acquired the customer assets and production tooling of Hall Manufacturing Corporation, a Ringwood, NJ-based plastic extrusion company with a reputation for high quality custom extrusions. This acquisition will allow Intek Plastics to continue to serve the needs of Hall’s current customers, as well as to further extend Intek’s leading position in the eastern U.S.

This acquisition supports Intek’s strategy to grow and diversify its business into markets outside of the fenestration (windows and doors) industry where it has a strong footprint and customer base.

Jill Hesselroth, Intek’s CEO stated: “This acquisition is a great fit with our current business. It will allow us to produce an expanded portfolio of products for a broader range of industries.”

Senior leadership from Hall Manufacturing has been engaged by Intek to support the transition.
