It’s never too early to start planning for SEGD’s annual gathering of the community. Webinars are fine and Skype is good, but there’s nothing like meeting old and new colleagues and friends in a great city. Join us for the 2016 SEGD Conference: Experience Seattle June 9-11!

Straight out of the natural splendor of the Pacific Northwest, innovation and industry have worked hand-in-hand to shape Seattle as a city, culture and destination. Along the way it has also become a center for design, technology and innovation. From city and transit-centric wayfinding to shaping the definition of place, the Emerald City has a rich legacy of communication design, art and placemaking in the built environment. We’ll explore this legacy of innovation and inspire YOU to follow your own road to reinvention!

Seattle SEGD Chapter Co-Chairs Annelle Stotz and Russ Robert will welcome us to Seattle and set the stage for three days of experience, inspiration and innovation. Key conference themes will include Design Thinking, the Business of Design and Firm Leadership and Innovation. Highlights will include some SEGD traditions and new events, from signature project tours to Design Improv, a Young Designers’ track and a new Design Thinking Bootcamp.
