Sam’s Club is betting on pent-up demand and bigger holiday celebrations, saying it will carry larger turkeys, taller Christmas trees and more toy brands this year, CNBC reports.

After selling lots of smaller turkeys in 2020, the retailer is “bringing back the big turkeys,” Chief Merchant Megan Crozier told the outlet. The warehouse club will carry the same size range as the year prior — between 10 and 24 pounds — but has loaded up on more turkeys of 18-plus pounds based on insights about how its members plan to celebrate. Sam’s also ordered lamb, rib roasts and salmon after learning that people experimented with different holiday menus last year.

Sam’s said it will hold twice as many sales events this season, and select stores will play host to sidewalk events that include samples, product displays and virtual Santa visits.
