MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Barnes & Noble Inc. (New York) has named Jamie Iannone president of Barnes & Noble digital products and John Foley president of Barnes & Noble eCommerce.

STORE OPENINGS

Apple (Cupertino, Calif.) has opened a store at Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh.

California Pizza Kitchen (Los Angeles) debuted its latest restaurant at the Northbrook Court Shopping Center in Northbrook, Ill.

The Cheesecake Factory (Calabasas Hills, Calif.) has opened its latest location at Bridgewater Commons in Bridgewater, N.J. The 8500-square-foot restaurant seats 225 customers.

BUSINESS BRIEFS

FFR-DSI (Twinsburg, Ohio) has entered into a strategic representation agreement with Daymon Worldwide to bundle its Private Brand capabilities with FFR-DSI’s merchandising hardware solutions to provide the complete design and rollout of new retail store fixtures, product merchandising and signage programs.

Morgan Design Associates (Golden, Colo.) and Elan General Contracting Inc. (San Diego) have completed a student intern program that allowed Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (Denver) senior Bridgette Aliberti, who is earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design, to assist in a conceptual design of a prototype “store of the future” for a top national retail chain. The design is scheduled for presentation and consideration this fall.
